Engineering & Manufacturing Capabilities

From Concept to Production

Judco provides integrated engineering and manufacturing capabilities to help customers develop, manufacture, and scale products from initial concept through full production.

Our engineering, tooling, molding, wire processing, assembly, and quality teams work together to solve manufacturing challenges, improve product designs, and create reliable, production-ready solutions.

Whether your project begins with an existing design, a 3D model, or simply a hand sketch, Judco can provide the engineering and manufacturing resources needed to move it forward.

Engineering & Design

Turn ideas into production-ready products.

Judco's engineering team supports product development from initial concept and design through prototyping, testing, tooling, and production launch. With in-house engineering, machining, tooling, and high-resolution 3D printing capabilities, we design with manufacturability in mind from the beginning.

Capabilities include product design and development, Design for Manufacturability (DFM), rapid prototyping, tooling, testing, and modification of existing Judco product platforms.

Nearshore Contract Manufacturing

Globally competitive manufacturing. Strategically located in North America.

Judco's U.S.-owned manufacturing operation in Baja California, Mexico, provides customers with a cost-competitive nearshore manufacturing solution just 8.8 miles from the U.S. border crossing.

Combined with our engineering and manufacturing capabilities in North Carolina, our Mexico operation supports assembly, wire processing, injection molding, electrical and electromechanical assembly, testing, packaging, and other contract manufacturing requirements.

Our integrated North American manufacturing model provides customers with greater supply-chain flexibility, convenient logistics, responsive communication, and the ability to strategically allocate production between U.S. and nearshore operations.
