At Judco, engineering begins with understanding your application. Our engineers work directly with your team—from initial sketches, product renderings, and CAD models through prototyping, testing, design refinement, and full-scale production.

Our capabilities extend well beyond product design. In-house prototyping, tooling, machining, testing, injection molding, and manufacturing allow our engineering team to evaluate designs with production in mind from the beginning—helping improve manufacturability, control costs, and accelerate the transition from concept to production.

Judco can modify one of our proven switch platforms or develop a completely custom product around your electrical, mechanical, packaging, and performance requirements. Our engineering and quality teams also support product validation and applicable UL, CSA, automotive, and customer-specific requirements throughout the development process.

Our in-house Tool Room and Machine Shop support rapid prototyping, tooling, and product development with Haas™ and Doosan™ multi-axis vertical machining centers, high-resolution Stratasys Objet 3D printers, lathes, mills, surface grinders, and additional precision machining capabilities.
